#HONEY CRYSTALLIZATION#All honeys crystallize!Contrary to popular belief, this is in no way a sign of poor quality orevidence of added sugar. This natural phenomenon varies, however, depending onthe floral origin of the honey and the storage temperature. How to liquefyhoney that has become hard or grainy: simply place the jar of honey in abain-marie, no hotter than 45°C or it will lose its nutritional qualities.Careful: by doing so, some properties may be altered such as organolepticqualities, specifically taste and aromas. Therefore it is always best to keep honey in its natural state!
